About Holbrook House
The Holbrook House was one of the first cottages to provide lodging for wealthy Easterners who had discovered the beauty of Mount Desert Island in the late 1800s. Built in 1876 it was spared the devastating fire of 1947, the Inn remains a symbol of gracious hospitality.
