Zin American Bistro is a modern new world version of a traditional French Bistro. Newly renovated and expanded, the inviting patio in the heart of downtown Palm Springs is the ideal spot for great food and people watching.
Classic American favorites include the XXX 'Adult' Macaroni and Cheese, Slowly Braised Prime Beef Shortribs with Chipotle BBQ Sauce and Buttermilk Fried Chicken. Mussels with White Wine and Leeks, Rabbit with Dijon Mustard Sauce and Belgian Beef Stew all served with hot, crisp Pommes Frites and an assortment of Mayonnaise Dipping sauces are only a few of the items found here that would be on any French Bistro menu.
